- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- advanced proficiency in microsoft excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) .
- strong experience with power bi (dashboard creation, data visualization, reporting).
- proven experience handling large datasets and complex databases .
- strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in projections and percentage-based analysis .
- experience working in global companies with high-volume operations and large-scale data environments .
- ability to translate data into business insights and influence decision-making.
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills.preferred profile- background in actuarial or finance-related roles .
- highly comfortable working with numbers, large datasets, and performance metrics .
- experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with high operational volume.
