- *technical knowledge*: deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- *problem-solving abilities*: excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- *communication skills*: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay instructions and report on progress.
- *education*: a degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
