key responsibilities:
* design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that make a lasting impact on new team members.
* collaborate closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in administrative tasks.
* maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws, to provide expert guidance to management.
* develop strong relationships with management to effectively address their human resource needs and provide proactive solutions.
* work collaboratively with other departments to develop and implement projects aimed at improving hr core processes.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related field.
* at least 2 years of experience working in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* labor law knowledge, with the ability to apply it in a practical setting.
* advanced english language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
