About the position
a person accustomed to working under objectives and metrics, in a dynamic and changing environment according to the needs of both the client and the company.
*requirements *
- +2 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions
- strong communication, problem-solver, and great interpersonal skills.
- advanced english, strong written and verbal communication skills (english and spanish)
- experience working in a startup and/or fast-paced environment
- proven track record in high volume recruiting
- previous experience with technical profiles and recruiting background preferred
- technical/bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

- thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity
- developing sourcing strategies along with the hr and finance manager
- tailoring and posting job listings for open positions
- maintain company-standard job descriptions for all positions
- utilize applicant tracking system
- keep learning new technologies in a rapidly changing technological world
