The main objective of this position is to provide excellent customer service, maintaining continuous contact with clients to ensure timely follow-up on purchase orders and their proper execution. This role will coordinate administrative and operational processes that contribute to achieving commercial objectives and supporting the company’s profitability.
responsibilities
* efficiently process purchase orders received through electronic channels, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
* review and analyze quotations, designs, and requests received from the sales team, validating that all required information is complete and accurate to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* provide continuous follow-up on order status, maintaining effective communication with customers and internal departments.
* optimize the use of production and distribution resources by preparing efficient process routes for work orders and scheduling shipments.
* maintain reliable and up-to-date information in the erp system by entering and adjusting data for new and existing purchase orders.
* ensure data accuracy in customer accounts through detailed review of inventories, purchase orders, and balances.
* properly channel customer complaints or claims to the corresponding departments (billing, product, service) for investigation and resolution.
* actively collaborate with sales, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
* minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or commercial support roles.
* advanced english (c1).
* experience using erp systems.
* strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer‑oriented mindset.
* analytical skills and ability to manage and follow administrative and operational processes.
