strategy development: help define and evolve the strategy of our tv business in close collaboration with the local & global leadership teams.
influence the prospect acquisition strategy, and identify key customer segments for growth across partnerships, marketing and in app channels.
performance tracking: monitor weekly business performance vs. forecast and manage cross-functional communications on performance.
collaboration: work cross-functionally with business, analytics, editorial and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and integration with the overall customer lifecycle strategy.
competitive intelligence: work to stay current on viewership-driving tactics employed by other services in the space develop growth initiatives: partner with business, strategic planning, editorial, analytics and marketing to influence and manage strategic growth initiatives.
project management: outstanding ability to understand project management, dependencies, and influencing partners to drive business results.
partnership management: build, maintain and expand business relationships with partners across and outside of the video landscape, including studios, carriers, mvpds, or any potential partner that can support the distribution and growth of apple tv+.
reporting and business optimization: present analyses and recommendations to senior executives.
*minimum qualifications*
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally for a subscription business, with clear evidence and track record of drawing business insights and recommendations from detailed analysis of content presentation.
- solid understanding of the video entertainment industry (specifically streaming), as well as key trends, players and growth drivers.
- strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- proficiency in english and spanish.

- direct experience managing large scale projects and programs growing subscription business.
- solid experience with and commitment to cross-functional collaboration; interpersonally savvy.
- comfort working closely with analytics teams to review and manage performance data.
- excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors.
- some international travel may be required.
