Key responsibilitiesstrategic development:design and implement the financial strategy of our mexican entity in alignment with the ceo and group finance.support the design and development of business processes for a scalable financial organization.financial operations and control:lead all financial management areas including accounting, capital, budgeting, tax, and reporting.execute and supervise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in full compliance with ifrs, niif, and group standards.legal, compliance, and risk management:coordinate with external tax consultants, cpas, and legal advisors to ensure compliance with mexican regulations.act as risk manager for our mexican entity; lead implementation of local risk management systems and report to mhp group.
