Front desk agent
we are seeking a skilled front desk agent to join our team. As a front desk agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
key responsibilities:
* guest check-in/check-out: process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. Process all payment types and handle any late or disputed charges.
* communication: answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* room preparation: coordinate with housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in.
* parking and transportation: communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
required skills and qualifications:
* high school diploma or equivalent: required.
* no related work experience necessary: we provide on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.
