essential functions
* supports designated production areas to keep operations running
* defines and implements safety machine guarding to manufacturing equipment as per eaton requirements
* lead safety machine guarding to manufacturing equipment as per eaton requirements
* designs, validates and implements manufacturing systems (assembly lines) including documentation (pfd, pfmea, work instructions) process controls.
* develops quotes for new products, new processes and/or improvements, changes, or additions to existing production lines
* support quality system procedures
* develop and implement tools as per new or revised requirements
* develops and implement new design fixtures for assembly.
* make reports, charts and manufacturing documentation.
* implements the eco’s procedure in the production documents
* seeks and promotes continuous improvement through ideas and implementation
* is responsible for meeting the required process capacity and capability as well as of establishing the analysis and control methods for implementation at production
* participates in safety, and ergonomics assessments, gembas and audits as required
* belong and actively participates in the mesh champions group ensuring compliance with new and existing processes
* subject matter expert in designed manufacturing processes and lean tools
* actively participates in ci events such as bootcamps, va/ves and ries, workshops
* develop, lead, and promote a culture in the organization that supports the expected results in the occupational safety, health, and environmental system (mesh).
* maintain waste segregation culture.
* separate hazardous waste from the normal trash
* place waste according to the assigned containers.
* maintain your area clean and free of contaminants.
* not wasting water or electricity.
* report any activity that can put in risk my safety and environment.
* identify and give adequate disposition to all chemical products, which can contaminate the environment.
* act/report immediately any chemical discharge case.
* ensure the rights containers for disposition of hazardous waste (identifying containers and containers to prevent discharge).

qualifications
* 5-year experience in manufacturing and materials area.
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics or mechanics.
* autocad and mfg pro management (preferred).
* advanced english.
* experience developing and launching new products
* experience developing and executing industrialization plans
