Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Must have at least a year of experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Must have professional experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must be an excellent communicator, highly motivated and proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
- Must have the ability to engage potential clients, analyze and tailor client needs accordingly, and build and maintain professional relationships through networking events and industry forums.
- Previous experience working with companies in the recruitment industry is a huge advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and efficiently understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of the company's services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential clients and gather valuable insight and feedback to improve sales processes.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

- Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
- Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
