responsibilities
onboard new program customers and coaching clients into their fitness journey
answer customer questions about programs, workouts, and nutrition guides
monitor customer progress and check-ins to keep them on track
handle support requests and troubleshooting for digital products
coordinate with alfie to schedule and manage 1:1 coaching sessions

skills & experience
must-haves:
2+ years of customer success or client management experience
experience with fitness, wellness, or coaching programs
strong communication skills (written and verbal)
comfortable with digital products and online coaching
self-motivated and organized
nice-to-haves:
personal fitness background or training knowledge
experience with shopify or e-commerce platforms
familiarity with workout programming

us $1,800 / month
full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
100% remote, with overlap on est business hours
