what you ´ll do:
plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels includinggoogle ads, meta, youtube and tv (linear & streaming/ctv).
develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (roas, cr, etc.).
analyze campaign performance using platforms like ga4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
collaborate with global performance and media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging and budget allocation.
conduct a/b testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
who we ´re looking for:
3–5 years of experiencein performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of budgets across paid search, social, and tv (linear or streaming/ctv).
you are fluent inenglish and fluent in german or french.
strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., ga4, looker or similar).
you have the internal drive to make a difference and give everything to make it happen.
you are number-driven and have a very good analytical understanding.
you have an independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working.
you love to tackle things yourself, roll up your sleeves, and take things on the road independently.
you are communicative, self-confident, and have no problem approaching others openly.
you constantly strive for personal development.
ideally, you bring previous working experience within the dach market.
