key responsibilities:
* perform daily call center duties, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
* supervise and support a team of call center agents, providing guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback.
* conduct one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions to foster team member growth and performance improvement.
* prepare and maintain reports related to team performance, metrics, and productivity.
* monitor calls and review performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and recognize accomplishments.
* collaborate with the management team to implement best practices and optimize team performance.
* serve as a point of contact for team questions, escalations, and operational support.
qualifications and skills:
* prior experience as a call center agent, with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices.
* strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
* ability to compile and analyze data for performance review and reporting.
* skilled in multitasking and prioritizing daily responsibilities.
* proficiency with call center platforms, tools, and microsoft office suite.
* a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
