*your tasks*
objective: managing employees; controlling the production process; ensuring that the agreed production targets; health & safety and environment protection; as well as carrying out and initiating quality/improvement measures within the area of responsibility.
- organization of production plan, planning resources.
- responsible for oee at factory.
- responsible for the development of personnel in production groups.
- responsible for scrap and inventories in process.
- implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
*your qualifications*
- between 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- professional education or special diploma.
- intermediate english
- sap proficiency
- leadership (unionized personnel)
