as an import/export specialist you will help to comply with the non-tariff regulations and restrictions requested by the different secretariats that are related to the department of foreign trade. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our offices in apodaca, nl.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in international business, international trade, business management, business administration, industrial engineer, or related field.
* proven experience 1-3 years in related position focused on export and import procedures and c-tpat /oea.
responsibilities
* import and export operations management.
* data stage analysis and digital file control (customs declarations and their annexes).
* fixed asset control.
* procedures with foreign trade secretariats.
* weekly filing of invoices and customs declarations.
* knowledge and compliance with the quality, environmental, health, and safety policy and the quality and environmental management system procedures associated with the environmental aspects of their area.
* comply with the safety, c-tpat/oea, ergonomics, environmental and quality provisions and procedures defined by the company.
