We are looking for an indirect procurement manager.this role works with the enterprise indirect category management team specifically responsible for executing the procurement and business strategies, streamlining business processes, and policies. Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with corporate business leaders, process owners, and purchasing leaders. Procures services and develops strategies at a high level to provide the highest quality and the best cost to the business.* realizes and drives initiatives to improve our yoy savings and trade working capital (twc) for global procurement independently.* support rfx using the preferred e-sourcing tool and with psl.* research, identify, negotiate, and register appropriate providers by region/country, to support business unit and plant operations with no guidance.* work effectively with all category managers and business unit leaders regionally to ensure alignment of the global strategy and adoption of best practices.* lead strategy for low–med spend sub-categories. Builds execution roadmap and negotiation plan with cm approval.* drives spend analysis and ensures clear spend reporting by reclassifying vendor spend to the proper taxonomy.* reviews and negotiates contracts and sows for the cross-functional categories.* understand market trends and regulation changes that may affect our business operations and communicate impacts proactively.* generates financial/savings reporting using our preferred tool (wave).* engages and enables training of our indirect stakeholders on how to effectively engage with the team and how to utilize our solutions/agreements.* bachelor’s degree in related field.* english language fluency required. Strong english written and communication skills.* 6 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement. Prior experience in professional services, mro & fm, fleet, travel or logistics are preferred.* strong project management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive global projects to completion.* deep understanding of rfx processes.* good understanding of a source-to-pay process; including knowledge of category management principles.* ability to perform spend analysis and rationalize tail spend. Clm principles.* demonstrate ability and experience reading/negotiating sows and contracts.* strong ms office skills required.
