- bachelor's degree (3rd semester)
- *english level c1-c2 (interview is in english)*:
- advanced excel
- 2 recent and verifiable years as a collections team leader with more than 30 days past due.
- experience in collections (leading teams and managing accounts) of financial products (short-term credit collections (fintech), tdc, short-term microloans).
- use of predictive dialer
- use of crm
- training and feedback to teams (approx. 15 people)
- automated collection tools
- collections related kpi reports
- collections scripts
- knowledge of customer collections
*we offer*:
- *rotated schedule*:8:00am to 3:30pm and from 1:30 to 8:00pm with one hour of food.
- work area: polanco (15 minutes from chapultepec subway or polanco subway)
- gross base salary $25,000 per month
- benefits of law after the probationary period (3 months) you will receive sgmm + bonus max. $5,000 for results.
