*the role*
we are looking for an experienced ad strategist who is a critical thinker and is motivated to contribute to the growth of autogrow.co.
*main responsibilities*
- create tests, measure, and optimize ads for autogrow.
- optimize campaigns based on budget, goals, audience, review of conversion results, keyword research, and other parameters.
- research, drive relevant traffic, and track results.
- drive sales for autogrow (help us acquire more clients who are qualified).
- if growth has plateaued, you'll proactively fix the bottleneck.
- offer ideas to improve ads/campaigns.
- research and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to better identify our target audience and determine the most effective advertising channels.
- create advertising strategies and ad campaigns that align with our goals, budget, and target audience.
- collaborate with other team members (designers, copywriters, strategists, etc.)
to make compelling updates to our ads and funnel for higher conversions.
- manage budgets to maximize the return on investment (roi) of ad campaigns.
*required skills*:
- must have 3+ years experience as a digital marketing expert / strategist or ads strategist.
- must be very "tech-comfortable" and have worked with a variety of tools like google analytics, google analytics 4, activecampaign, gtm, social schedulers, rightmessage, wordpress, and shopify.
- you are proficient with facebooks ads and google ads—and you have the numbers to back it up.
a plus if you master linkedin ads.
- experience with real clients and proving real results.
(it's not enough to know 'the theory').
- must have a background in digital marketing, either as an seo expert, ads manager, analytics, and/or copywriter.
- must be good with working with structure (following a workflow, submitting reports, completing tasks, creating funnel diagrams, etc.).
- experience with copywriting and/or paid ad traffic strategy (adwords, facebook, linkedin, etc).
- must have a solid internet connection.
- must be available to work between 9 am and 5 pm est (new york time), monday - friday.
- must have good writing and verbal communication skills in english.
- *not a requirement but a plus: any other digital marketing experience (selling info products, lead gen for services businesses).
proficiency in wordpress, google analytics, and other marketing software like leadpages and activecampaign.
