Talent acquisition leaderare you a strategic leader in talent attraction? This opportunity is for youat amstar, we are looking for a talent acquisition leader to lead our comprehensive talent attraction strategy and transform the way we build high-performance teams.your mission:lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations through strategic workforce planning, innovative sourcing methodologies, recruitment process optimization, and continuous expansion of attraction channels. You will partner with business leaders and hr teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and drives business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and measurable recruitment outcomes.key responsibilities:develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectivesdesign and implement innovative multi-channel sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelineslead, develop, and inspire the ta team toward a high-performance culturemanage early career and trainee programs to build a sustainable pipeline of future leadersdrive employer branding, candidate experience, and dei initiatives in recruitmentestablish and monitor ta kpis, analytics, and reporting for data-driven decisionsoptimize budget and manage external recruitment vendorswhat we're looking for:education:bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fieldexperience:minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experienceminimum 2 years in ta leader or similar positionsknowledge and experience in dmc operations, hospitality, or hr consulting (preferred)technical knowledge:expert knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologiesadvanced proficiency in ats/hris systems (workday, successfactors, or similar)strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analyticsproficiency in sourcing tools (linkedin recruiter, boolean search, etc.)knowledge of employment law and compliance requirementsskills:strategic thinking and business acumenchange management and innovation mindsetstrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsteam leadership and talent development capabilitiesdata-driven decision makingexcellent communication and presentation skillscultural awareness and dei commitmentproject management capabilitiesadaptability and resilience in fast-paced environmentstools:proficient in microsoft office (excel, outlook, powerpoint, word)computrabajolinkedin recruiterlanguages:fluent in spoken and written english and spanish - bilingualwhy amstar?Join an organization that values innovation, professional development, and excellence in talent management.
