* support change management activities
* continuously monitor system and feature performance and initiate measures if required
* address technical issues, provide timely resolution and lead the escalation process if required
* support operational improvement activities and supervise external providers
* create and maintain comprehensive documentations, such as design documents, user manuals and project closure/implementation documents
