key responsibilities
* build robust payments industry network and manage full sales cycle for enterprises, payment firms, and merchants.
* develop targeted acquisition strategies for new merchant/corporate accounts using consultative, blockchain-savvy approach.
* nurture key client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional experience to drive retention.
* track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies for existing accounts.
* collaborate with compliance, product, operations, and leadership; stay ahead of digital asset/payment trends.
requirements
* 7+ years sales experience in banking, fintech, or blockchain payments; proven b2b revenue growth.
* bachelor's in business/finance (preferred); strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments; proficient in ms office and crm (e.g., hubspot).
* excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
* fluent in english and mandarin chinese is required.
