*education level & work experience*
com bachelors /master's degree in marketing, ba/bs, engineering, or related fields.
6+ years of experience in managing digital marketing programs and teams, with a proven capability.
knowledge of standard and current seo practices and tools.
*key responsibilities*:
- lead all customer acquisition efforts across a range of organic online channels.
- partner with internal teams (product, design and technology) and external agency, media and technology partnerships on communication development and implementation.
- investigate "new partners" opportunities and trends to fuel innovation around demand creation and acquisition.
- manage reporting, including in-depth analytics of ltv, cpa and roi.
- work closely with finance team members to gain key insights on performance and new opportunities.
- work with other marketing team members, as needed, on tv, out-of-home and direct mail efforts.
- develop and execute successful seo and aso strategies.
*technical knowledge*
1. In depth experience with search console, adwords, hrefs, semrush, screamingfrog and other tools
2. Excellent attention to detail and strong strategic mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, particularly when explaining marketing strategy, tactics, analytics and ad-tech topics.
4. Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices and algorithm updates.
5. Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
