effectively oversee the recruitment and selection process; ensure that employees receive training and development to continuously improve their performance; provide advice and control to support best practices in human resource management at all levels of the organization; ensure that legal aspects related to labor contracts are handled consistently and within legal guidelines; hr department activities management
