Responsibilities:
• manage the technical processes of rma and ncmr.
• review rmas and ncmrs to determine root causes as needed.
• collaborate with production to correct processes/materials and prevent recurrence.
• provide written 8d reports to customers with rma findings.
• offer technical guidance on necessary actions and complex rework procedures beyond simple “remove and replace” activities.
• work with rework personnel and the technical department to develop instructions as needed.
• review aegis instructions for compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
• track corrective action requests (cars)
• follow up on supplier corrective action requests (scars) with vendors.
• perform data analysis, problem-solving, and closure of system issues.
• conduct data analysis and reporting to customers.
• provide ul/csa training as required.
• coordinate with relevant departments to evaluate potential production processes.
• verify router flow for new products.
• develop a plan for product transfer review when moving production from one facility to another.
• prepare and conduct fai, feedback, and ppap processes.
• perform other duties as assigned.
• ipc-a-610 cit: certified ipc trainer (cis training in quality and production)
• j-std-001 cit: certified ipc trainer (cis training in quality, testing, production, and support)
• conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with procurement requirements.
requirements:
* +5 years of experience in a similar position
* in-depth knowledge of all aspects related to the production of pcba
* knowledge of harness assembly and manufacturing requirements according to ipc-a-610, ipc-7711 and ipc-7721
* knowledge of quality management systems and iso 9001:2015 standards.
* knowledge in iso 14001, 45001 and 13485
* bilingual spanish / english
