Job description
infosys is seeking servicenow developer for itsm, itom, csm, fsm, fso, hrsd.... This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Essential job duties include working on complex servicenow itsm deployments (including incident, problem, change, service catalogue, knowledge modules), hrsd, csm, fsm, or fso and integrations aligned to industry best practices, translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work packages.
required qualifications:
• at least 3 years of experience in development and scripting, configuration, validation, and deployment.
• at least 3 years of experience in implementing it service management, itil processes, and enterprise service management.
• at least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• working knowledge of all aspects of servicenow applications development and rest api-based integrations with third-party applications.
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in business terms.
• experience working in a multi-vendor development environment.
• ability to interact cross-functionally and coordinate across organizations, sharing information voluntarily.
• experience working with servicenow platform for global customers.
preferred qualifications:
• servicenow certified system administrator (csa)
• servicenow certified application developer (cad)
• servicenow certified implementation specialist (cis) in itsm, hrsd, fsm, fso, csm, or other modules.
the job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may occur via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
