Prior experience supporting operational or systems teams is highly desirable.education: bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Hr certification is a plus.language: fluency in spanish and english (written and spoken). Chinese is a plus.hr expertise: strong knowledge of mexican labor laws, employee relations, and workforce planning.people-centric: strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach managers and build trust with employees at all levels.operational acumen: understanding of logistics environments, including exposure to wms or similar systems support teams.problem-solving: a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and resolve complex people challenges.systems: familiarity with hris systems and reporting tools.
