vehm real estate | your next chapter for extraordinary living with the launch of our new real estate division, we’re seeking a strategic, design-minded, and brand-driven leader to shape and execute the marketing roadmap for vehm real estate—both online and offline. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of luxury, values precision, and knows how to tell a story that resonates.
*key responsibilities*
physical brand presence:
- develop and manage brand activations in print media, events, outdoor advertising, and high-impact physical touchpoints.secure placements in premium publications focused on design, architecture, lifestyle, and real estate.
- identify and lead co-branded initiatives or partnerships with like-minded brands.
digital marketing leadership:
- oversee and optimize campaigns across meta ads, google ads, and performance marketing platforms.
- lead the strategic management of the website, including seo, ux, content, and ongoing maintenance.
- ensure that vehm’s digital presence aligns with the brand’s visual and experiential standards.
owner experience & sales materials:
- design loyalty strategies for property owners (gifting, personal touches, exclusive moments)
- develop high-quality brochures, sales decks, and physical materials for potential sellers and buyers
- reimagine the sales journey as an aspirational, seamless, and emotionally engaging experience
who we’re looking for:
- proven track record in strategic marketing for luxury brands, real estate, or high-end hospitality.
- strong visual sensibility and brand-building skills.
- experience leading creative teams, external vendors, and digital marketing initiatives.
- expertise in performance marketing, seo, and brand storytelling.
- advanced english proficiency (written and spoken)
