Rescore clinic is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking regenerative & functional medicine physician to join our growing clinical team.
the ideal candidate is deeply interested in integrative, cellular, and functional medicine and is eager to practice in a cutting-edge environment utilizing advanced therapies and regenerative approaches not commonly available within the traditional u.s. healthcare system.
this position offers the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team focused on personalized medicine, root-cause analysis, longevity, and innovative patient care.
responsibilities:
clinical care & evaluation
* conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical assessments
* review laboratory testing, biomarkers, imaging, and genetic/methylation panels
* identify root causes and develop personalized treatment strategies
* monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
regenerative & functional medicine protocols
* design and oversee individualized regenerative medicine protocols
* prescribe and manage therapies including peptides, iv therapies, supplements, lifestyle interventions, and advanced wellness treatments
* collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
* stay current with emerging therapies and advancements in regenerative medicine
patient care & support
* educate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey
* provide compassionate, patient-centered care with strong communication and follow-up
* support patients in achieving long-term wellness, recovery, and optimization goals
* work closely with coordinators and health coaches to create an exceptional patient experience
qualifications
* medical degree (md or equivalent) with active medical license
* experience or strong interest in functional, integrative, regenerative, or longevity medicine
* excellent communication and patient relationship skills
* ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* bilingual (english/spanish)
