your role:
* responsible for leading the e-commerce strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within marketplaces and key clients in mexico and north latam countries.
* you will partner with marketing, media, and commercial teams to drive business growth via digital marketing activities, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
* coordinate annual commercial moments, peak moments & monthly calendar across categories for each key strategic online customer.
* serve as the main contact for digital activation & e-commerce topics in assigned markets and align with stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, digital).
* collaborate with crm and media teams to enhance online growth.
* manage e-trade kpis (e.g., roas, conversion rate, sales targets), review performance, and report regularly, contributing to the category strategy.
* monitor external digital, social, and e-commerce trends to foster innovation and best practices.
* oversee budget allocation, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
you're the right fit if:
* you hold a bs or ms in digital/ecommerce, marketing, communications, or related fields.
* you have at least 3 years of experience in digital/e-commerce organizations, b2c companies, or similar operational models in complex organizations.
* you have prior experience in e-trade within a market or in marketplace companies (highly preferred).
how we work together
we believe in collaboration. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days a week at our huixquilucan office. The role also involves working outside the main facilities, typically at customer or agency locations.
