the purchasing assistant will be responsible for the execution, follow-up, and administration of purchases for assigned areas or clients. The activities include:
- receiving and following up on client and internal requisitions.
- conducting quotes and negotiations.
- creating purchase orders.
- making purchases (reviewing payment conditions with the provider).
- managing payment processing for purchases.
- finding new suppliers.
- verifying payments (checks, credit card, petty cash).
- *qualifications*:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship experience is applicable).
- knowledge of the office suite and experience with erp systems.
- *competencies*: attention to detail, initiative, multitasking, negotiation, and organization.
- must have a driver's license.
*work schedule*:
- monday to friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
*salary*:
- *base gross monthly salary*: $20,000 mxn.
