Responsibilities
* lead multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within defined scope, safety, quality, time, cost, and corresponding ethical constraints.
* work closely with cross‑functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing of new initiatives.
* develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
* manage change, risk, and resource needs, and analyze and solve higher‑scope project issues.
* assess program strengths and identify improvement areas to ensure that objectives are met in customer satisfaction and team performance.
* implement and manage changes and interventions to keep project requirements on track.
* meet with the work team and stakeholders to keep communication clear and transparent regarding project issues and service decisions.
* produce accurate and timely reports on project status throughout its life cycle.
* analyze project‑management risks and investigate and fix recurring malfunctions of equipment and systems.
* ensure compliance with iso 13485, fda cgmp, and national clean‑room standards; maintain a training program for new personnel and keep records current.
* provide training to facilities staff on equipment handling and safety.
* follow general procedures, organizational plans, strategies, and policies of ic mexico.
* hire, train, and retain department personnel in line with company policies.
* plan and operate within the approved budget and product cost, supervising daily activities of the department.
* review and approve all quality‑system documents related to the department.
* support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions for clean‑room requirements and safety systems.
qualifications
* mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or equivalent engineering degree (master’s degree is a plus).
* at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including knowledge of clean‑room requirements.
* experience with electrical, air‑conditioner, hydraulics, and pneumatics engineering.
* knowledge of capex valuation for investment projects.
* strong organization, planning, and time‑management skills.
* spoken and written english (indispensable).
* leadership skills: communicator, organizer, influencer, action planner, self‑motivated, executor.
* integrity and strong professional ethical values.
* proficiency in microsoft office (project, outlook, word, powerpoint, excel).
* strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, effective across all levels of the organization, including external suppliers and customers.
* knowledge of iso 14001, iso 50001, iso 45001, fda qsr, gmp, iso 13485 or similar regulations (preferred).
* experience in problem‑solving techniques, budget administration, and building installations.
