*the team you'll be part of*
the customer experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the cx organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
*what you will learn and contribute to*
you will be part of the gss cns csp core services team and will contribute to the business success in the lat region by providing technical expertise and quality deliverables in terms of solution scoping, services cost estimations, services solution description (ssd), project plan & risk analysis to the bids and network solutions provided by nokia during the pre-sales processes.
*as part of our team*
you will:
- manage client engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.
- responsible for providing pre-sales technical deliverables to nokia internal and external customers.
- be a technical consultant around cns csp professional services.
- responsible for core services portfolios.
- communicate and network with global teams including nokia internal customers - account managers, solution managers & nokia external customers.
- lead e2e solution in alignment with counterparts to ensure effectiveness and completeness.
- design models that can be used to implement new processes to optimize delivery times and smooth daily operations.
*your skills and experience*
you have:
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or equivalent experience, master´s degree is a plus.
- experience of 7-9 years in core network field/hands-on experience, delivery, sales, and pre-sales.
- excellent understanding of ims, sdm, epc & 5g core network systems, flows & use cases.
- excellent understanding of the presales/delivery life cycle.
- must have knowledge of virtualization and cloud concepts and related technologies (kubernetes, dockers).
- flexibility and willingness to accept any extra work to complete task on time.
*it would be nice if you also had*:
- excellent understanding of cloud native and public cloud concepts and solutions.
- software business understanding.
