- lead hr strategies to ensure business success.
- develop and implement training programs aligned with quality regulations.
- optimize current hr processes.
- document usage rules for plant amenities.
- plan and bring talent on board timely.
- ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*
- bachelor's degree with robust experience in hr
- strong experience in similar roles within manufacturing industry.
- open and continuous communication within the recruitment team and stakeholders, propose ideas to transform our current processes to be ready for growth.
- experience leading a team and create a continuous improvement environment.
- advanced english proficiency.
- good experience with federal labor law (méxico)
