the role
• phone-first prospecting: the phone is your primary outbound channel. You’ll be
expected to make cold calls daily and be comfortable doing so. Tools to help with
targeting and list building, and deliver significantly higher connect rates—so your time on
the phone is spent in real conversations, not wasted dials.
• multi-channel outreach: complement your phone work with personalized email and
social engagement. The strongest pipeline comes from a coordinated approach—the
phone opens doors, and email and social keep them open.
• own your territory: you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting across the latin
american market. That means understanding your accounts, preparing for your calls,
and approaching every conversation with intention and purpose.
• conversational agility: you’ll follow structured call frameworks and scripts that keep
you on the runway and ensure consistency across the team. The best reps use these as
guardrails—staying within the flow of the call while being emotionally agile enough to
pivot when the conversation demands it. Our approach is rooted in understanding, not
just overcoming—asking the right questions, listening carefully, and capturing insights
that matter.
• gather intelligence & build pipeline: every conversation is a data point. You’ll capture
insights on prospect priorities, challenges, and buying dynamics that fuel the broader
sales strategy—while creating qualified opportunities for your sales partners.
• partner with your sellers: this role operates in close partnership with gbt’s sales
team. You’ll collaborate on account strategy, share front-line intelligence, and ensure
that the pipeline you build is aligned to what sellers need to close business. The sdr-
seller partnership is central to how we operate.
• know your market: develop and maintain a strong working understanding of the
latam market—the nuances of how business is conducted across the region, how
prospects prefer to be engaged, and what resonates in your territory. You don’t need to
be an industry expert on day one, but you need to be hungry to learn.
who you are:
• comfortable and confident making cold calls—this is a core part of the role and you
should be energized by it, not intimidated

• strong understanding of the latin american business landscape—you know how
different markets and cultures across the region prefer to be approached
• naturally curious—you want to understand the prospect’s business, not just deliver a

• capable across multiple outreach channels—phone, email, and social—and understand
how they work together

• 1–3+ years in a b2b sdr, bdr, or inside sales role (or the equivalent hustle and hunger
to succeed in one)
