* design, implement, and maintain shared platforms used firm‐wide
* own platform lifecycle: architecture, security, scalability, reliability, and roadmap
* act as design authority for assigned domains
* produce formal design documentation and technical decision records
dev ops and platform engineering
* design and maintain ci/cd pipelines
* automate infrastructure and application delivery
* implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability controls
* enforce infrastructure‐as‐code and deployment standards
* support incident response as tier‐3 escalation owner, including root‐cause analysis
full stack development
* design and implement backend services and apis
* build and maintain frontend components where required for platform or internal tooling
* ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability
* integrate applications with identity, security, and shared platform services

* support all business units with equal priority
* respond within defined slas for incidents, escalations, and design requests
* provide technical guidance to engineering, infrastructure, security, and application teams
* eliminate single‐team or legacy platform dependency
governance and standards
* enforce engineering standards for design, documentation, and change control
* participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning
