roles and responsibilities:
* own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through interviews, offer coordination, and follow-ups for u.s. and international hires
* proactively source and engage specialized finance talent, including:
* transaction advisory services (tas) professionals
* m&a professionals
* financial due diligence professionals
* corporate development professionals
* senior accountants
* finance managers and senior managers
* fp&a professionals
* interim or fractional cfo-level talent
* run targeted searches using proprietary sourcing tools and linkedin-based platforms
* manage outbound outreach campaigns and track responses and engagement
* maintain accurate, organized candidate data, including profiles, notes, and communication history
* build and manage a recruiting database and long-term talent pipelines, not just one-off searches
* schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
* act as a relationship builder by engaging passive candidates, clearly communicating the firm's value proposition, and nurturing ongoing connections
* partner closely with leadership to advise on hiring strategy, role requirements, and market insights

qualifications:
* 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within:
* m&a
* transaction advisory services
* public accounting
* finance, accounting, or consulting environments
* proven experience recruiting senior-level, highly specialized professionals
* hands-on experience with linkedin sourcing, outbound recruiting, and ats or crm systems
* experience recruiting for professional services firms (e.g., consulting, advisory, or pe-backed environments) is a plus
* familiarity with u.s. and international hiring strongly preferred
* comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting where priorities evolve
* advanced english (written and spoken) required.
