In this role, you'll be the go-to person for creating dashboards that visualize project distribution, cost tracking, and resource allocation. You'll also support financial modeling, vendor coordination, and internal reporting—all while helping us optimize how our agency operates.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain
Power BI dashboards
for project tracking, cost analysis, and data storytelling.
- Lead daily team syncs to balance workloads and resources.
- Analyze financial data and support decision-making with clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with FP&A; to ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage external vendors and internal requisitions.
- Support annual forecasting and reporting for agency clients.
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Power BI
(DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (minimum 95%).
- The opportunity requires 1+ years of experience, this would be an entry level position, but requires high skill levels in Power BI and English
Preferred
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing (with cost management experience).
- Experience in a direct selling or multi-level marketing company is a plus.
