Qualifications
bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product, growth, performance and life‑cycle marketing.
Experience defining and owning multi‑year product and life‑cycle marketing strategies using behavioral and measurement insights to develop multi-disciplinary road maps and business cases to grow direct‑to‑consumer businesses.
Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
Ability to communicate in spanish and english fluently in order to communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
experience in subscription marketing.
Experience building models and business growth strategy and goals.
Ability to build global customer marketing programs, leading multidisciplinary teams to grow customer ltv and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
define the global youtube music & premium member marketing direction, creating a unified life‑cycle strategy for marketing, product, engineering, ux and support teams to develop critical user journeys that maximize customer lifetime value (ltv), minimize churn, and supercharge win‑back programs.
Orchestrate sophisticated, contextual marketing campaigns that help members discover features, nurture new consumption habits and reinforce personal value throughout their life‑cycle leveraging own and operated channels.
Own the multi‑channel win‑back growth and incentives marketing programs aiming to maximize the reactivation of lapsed members.
Establish critical business metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate member health and satisfaction, maintain a/b experimentation road‑maps.
Lead and develop a multi‑site team, anticipate and resolve life‑cycle marketing challenges and influence multiple director‑level stakeholders to define and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
