- delivers professional technical service to all target accounts for north-latam region.
- identifies technical customer issues and provides product or service-oriented consultancy.
- manage and lead customer support addressing their regulatory/legislative requirements together with ps.
*function 2: market & competition mangement*
- evaluates market needs across the region and trend technologies together with marketing and the sales organization.
- ensures up-to-date competition knowledge; evaluate test results and initiate counter measure.
- based on market needs evaluates existing product portfolio and proposes changes with bd, pm, marketing and kam.
- develops and offers appropriate colorant recommendations for customers' formulations.
- translates customer and regulatory requirements into product and service ideas.
- supports in problem solving in regard to complaints and quality related issues.
*qualifications*
education: master's degree, chemistry, chemical engineer or equivalent
technical experience (>15 years) in application development/technical service.
commercial oriented
project management & regional customer relationship skills.
industry and field experience > 15 years; seniority and standing in front of customers/critical discussions
experience in different functions/countries (mexico, colombia, central america & the caribbean)
experience in different functions/countries.
