we are seeking a skilled organizational change management professional to join our team. As an ocm consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver effective change management strategies.

qualifications
required skills and qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* completion of coursework in any pertinent field or industry
* can support and independently own project tasks or sub-workstreams
* advanced english level
* strong microsoft office skills (particularly excel, powerpoint, outlook, and word)
* background in digital communication tools
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* proficiency in designing and editing communication materials
* proficiency in using communication software and platforms
* strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness
* strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
* ability to work under pressure and manage crises
* commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws
* adaptability and openness to continuous learning
preferred skills and qualifications:
* master's degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, or psychology; or equivalent experience
* 5-8 years in industry or consulting focused on communication and development, organization design, change management, and/or digital and cloud solutions
* basic exposure to project management (pmo) principles
* familiarity with erp or crm systems
