objective of the position:
the supply chain finance sr. Analyst is a finance business partner providing end-to-end financial support to supply chain functions (procurement, manufacturing, and cs&l).
skills/experience:
* degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar.
* more than 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, material replenishment, scheduling, etc.
* advanced excel skills and experience with sap; s/4hana knowledge is a plus.
* knowledge of database administration, power bi, powerpoint, sac, hyperion planning.
* advanced english proficiency.
* location: ocoyoacac, mexico (5 minutes from outlet lerma).
key responsibilities:
1. review and analyze manufacturing expenses, collaborate with the plant team on cost projections and savings opportunities, and support budget preparation.
2. work with the logistics team to analyze distribution and storage expenses, seeking opportunities for cost improvement.
3. assess cost-benefit of lease vs. purchase projects in collaboration with procurement and plant teams.
4. participate in continuous improvement (tpm) and supply chain review processes.
5. prepare reports on savings, capital investments, commodity, and loss analysis.
6. follow up on the operating model to identify doubts and suggest process improvements.
7. support the enterprise services organization (eso).
8. analyze standard costs against budgets and projections, identifying main variances and improvement points.
