Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O;, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
- Coordinate shipment processes and adhere to incoterms.
- Lead and communicate with a group of direct report employees; provide direction and support to project teams.
- Ensure effective program management and customer satisfaction through proactive oversight and clear communication.
- Be adaptable to participate in calls/meetings outside standard working hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
- English 90% proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service or program management.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to manage a team of direct reports.
- Excellent negotiation skills; ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understanding of shipment processes/methods and incoterms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain program delivery quality.
