what you'll do
 * lead & inspire – manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales reps and appointment setters to exceed targets.
 * build a winning culture – foster a high-energy, competitive, and success-driven work environment.
 * drive sales & growth – develop and implement strategies to boost conversion rates, increase sales, and maximize revenue.
 * coach & develop – provide hands-on training and mentorship to elevate your team's performance.
 * ensure quality & efficiency – oversee appointment verification, dispatching, and quality assurance for a seamless sales process.
 * engage with customers – handle calls to assist potential leads with rescheduling, rebooking, or completing their appointments.
what you bring to the table:
 * 1-3 years of sales management experience, leading high-performing teams.
 * cold calling and sales experience (solar industry preferred).
 * a passion for leadership and coaching, with a track record of driving success.
 * strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
