we are seeking an experienced sales growth specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that encourage the sale of additional products or services to customers who have already made a purchase or are considering making one.
key responsibilities:
* customer satisfaction enhancement: design and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and key account retention.
* team performance monitoring: monitor the performance of customer service and kam teams, ensure kpi compliance.
* satisfaction surveys: implement and monitor satisfaction surveys (nps and ces).
* cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with business areas.
* operational issue resolution: active participation in solving operational issues.
* client growth opportunities: identify opportunities to enhance the growth of clients.
* customer relationship management: development and implementation of crm.
* problem escalation process: implement an effective escalation process to solve problems.
* culture of responsibility: promote a culture of responsibility within the team.
* training and growth plans: develop training and growth plans for customer service teams.
* churn reduction: implement measurement and reduction of churn in key clients.
requirements:
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* leadership experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in leading cross-selling teams and key account management in the logistics sector.
* advanced knowledge: advanced knowledge of nps, ces, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* cms and service automation: experience in implementing crm tools and service automation.
* soft skills: strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* strategy development: ability to design customer retention and growth strategies.
* linguistic skills: english: advanced (business conversation).
