your role significantly impacts the efficiency of the production plan and supplier relationships, directly contributing to the company's success.key responsibilities:purchase order creation and management: generate and track purchase orders to ensure material availability.supplier negotiation and management: negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery schedules.material coverage validation: analyze and ensure material coverage to meet production plan requirements.material expediting: expedite the delivery of critical materials to prevent production delays.production plan compliance assurance: monitor and ensure material delivery aligns with the production plan.demand forecast validation: review and validate demand forecasts to guarantee material availability.iso document control: participate in the improvement and control of procurement process-related documents, ensuring iso compliance.requirementsbachelor's degree in a related field (business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or similar).3 to 5 years of proven experience in materials planning and/or purchasing within manufacturing environments.advanced english proficiency (90% or higher, both spoken and written).practical experience with erp systems, preferably sap, in purchasing and inventory management modules.experience in direct purchasing and supplier relationship management.demonstrated ability to manage material planning for production lines, including resolving line stoppages and urgent sequence changes.knowledge of import and export processes.preferred qualifications:fluent in english (bilingual).advanced negotiation skills with suppliers.experience implementing and maintaining quality management systems (iso).ability to analyze the impact of production plan changes and propose adjustments to material arrival sequences.experience optimizing inventory and reducing procurement costs.benefitswe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.have peace of mind and body with our health insurance
