responsible for overseeing all functions related to human capital. Their main objective is to develop and implement human resources policies and programs that support organizational goals and promote a fair, safe, and productive work environment. This position is based in agua prieta, sonora.
what you’ll do
* collaborate with senior management to develop human resources strategies and policies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
* identify areas for improvement in talent management and propose initiatives to drive employee engagement and enhance talent retention.
* oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to development, retention, and separation.
* ensure recruitment processes are effective and aligned with the company’s staffing needs, ensuring the hiring of suitable talent.
* design and implement organizational development programs to enhance leadership, employee training, and skills development.
* facilitate professional development programs and succession plans to identify and develop internal talent.
* supervise performance management and performance review systems to ensure fair and objective employee evaluations.
* review and update compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and government regulations, as well as company internal policies.
* maintain accurate and complete employee records and ensure all human resources processes are transparent and ethical.
