key duties, responsibilities, and expectations:
* develop and keep updated the standard work corresponding to the role, as well as that of direct reports
* participate in daily follow-up meetings at different production levels, providing timely and effective responses to problem resolution within their area of responsibility
* train personnel under their supervision in the company's quality system and in the specific work methods related to their assigned functions
* participate in the plant's internal audit program as an internal auditor
* supervise and train personnel assigned to final audit, in-process inspection, and post-audit packaging functions
* promote the implementation of statistical process control (spc) techniques in critical process operations
* generate control plans for new product families or products recently transferred from another company plant, and maintain updates to existing control plans
education, knowledge, and experience
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or electronic engineering (preferred)
* advanced english proficiency (mandatory)
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics and/or automotive industry
* knowledge of wireless connectivity devices (radio frequency)
* experience with world class manufacturing systems and with electronic board manufacturing processes or similar (preferred)
* experience working in asian companies (preferred)
* knowledge and use of statistical tools and quality methods
* knowledge and application of quality tools for problem-solving, such as data collection, pareto charts, ishikawa diagrams, brainstorming, histograms, scatter diagrams, control charts, stratification, 6ms, 5 whys, 8d methodology, etc.
* knowledge of iso 9001:2015 standard (internal auditor)
* knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools
* valid visa (required), availability to travel
