lead the discovery, design, and implementation of medium to large-scale software projects.
translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
guide and mentor small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
provide expert technical guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.

experience with infrastructure technologies (e.g., routers, switches, servers).
cisco certification is a plus.
