- manage project staff and provide technical direction, focusing on manufacturing, quality, and safety.
- develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- communicate project objectives, detailed plans and expectations to team members, stakeholders and contractors. Establish kpis to monitor and track project progress and its report.
- coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of npi’s and smooth transfer of products or processes to juarez, either from a vexos twin plant or from a customer.
- systematically following pmi handbook.
- deliverables project information, documentation and training materials to internal manufacturing stakeholders and peers, entering into the qms or appropriate system.
- facilitate regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and update stakeholders.
- conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.

experiência y requisitos
- bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in project management (engineering, quality, and/or manufacturing)
- english advanced
- new product introduction and change management (development, industrialization, or similar) in ems and/or mid-to-low volume electronics oem
- smt and electronic integration process/product knowledge
- understanding of test, industrial engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, product/process transferences, and new process introduction
