*responsibilities*
*summary*:responsible for all warranty and customer returns including processing and analyzing
work closely with the quality department to resolve warranty concerns.
*responsabilities*:
- to assist in the processing, testing, and analysis of warranty and customer returns.
- assist the quality department with weekly reports, 8-d support, etc.
- basic knowledge of quality standards/best practices
- ability to travel locally to support customer warranty activities
- effectively present information and respond to inquiries from both internal and external sources
- conducts equipment troubleshooting, analysis, debugging in support of warranty analysis, and troubleshooting of circuits to the component level.
- detailed record keeping for repairs and test data
- provide bench level testing and support for warranty returned parts.
- familiar with soldering, pcbs, smt components, etc.
- ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- design and execute test plans for new products.
- basic understanding of mechanical design principles
- logging warranty parts
- reviewing customer portal and replying in the customer portal
- preparing, creating and writing test results
- team player working with other departments.
- disassemble the antenna and test the parts including circuit board
- * troubleshooting skills*
- ability to troubleshoot circuit boards down to component level - find faulty components and solve the root cause
- ability to analyze and understand various antenna failure modes, i.e., high current draw, low current draw, gain errors, vswr errors, etc.
- ability to read and understand schematics and pcba layout drawings.
- ability to troubleshoot various smt components to find root cause of failure.

- demonstrate strong ability in electronics theory and reading of schematics.

- bachelor’s in electrical engineering, software engineering, applied science, or equivalent
- technology or a related field microsoft office
